Trading Card Condition Policy – Single Cards
FaB Foundry has established the following policy regarding the condition of the single trading cards we sell:
Condition Standards
All single trading cards sold on our website will be in at least "Good" condition. While most of the cards we offer will be in better conditions, we choose "Good" condition to ensure that we consistently meet or exceed your expectations. Below are the definitions of our condition categories:
- Mint (MT): Cards in perfect condition with no visible flaws, centering issues, or wear. These cards look as if they have just been tken out of a pack.
- Near Mint (NM): Cards in nearly perfect condition with very minor wear that is only visible upon close inspection. They might have minor centering issues but no significant flaws.
- Excellent (EX): Cards that have been handled and may show slight wear on the edges or corners. There may be minor surface scratches or slight centering issues, but the overall appearance is still very good.
- Good (GD): Cards that show more noticeable wear, including edge and corner wear, surface scratches, and possible minor creases. Despite these imperfections, the cards are still in a collectible condition and are perfectly suitable for play.

Stock Image Disclaimer
We use stock images for our single trading card listings to provide customers with a clear representation of the card they are purchasing. However, it is important to note the following:
- Stock Images: The images displayed on our website for single trading card listings are stock images. These images are meant to give you a good representation of the card's artwork and general appearance.
- Condition Variations: The stock images do not necessarily reflect the specific condition of the card you will receive. As stated in our Condition Policy, all cards sold will be in at least "Good" condition, but the actual card may vary in appearance and condition from the stock image.
- Exact Card Not Guaranteed: The stock images are not of the exact card you will receive. Each card is unique, and the one you receive may have different centering, edges, corners, and surface details compared to the stock image.

Customer Acknowledgment
By making a purchase from FaB Foundry, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Condition Assurance: All cards you purchase will be in at least "Good" condition.
- Possibility of Better Condition: There is a possibility that the cards you receive may be in a better condition than “Good”. However, we do not guarantee "Mint" or "Near Mint" condition to manage expectations effectively.
- Subjective Grading: The grading of card conditions is inherently subjective and based on our best judgment according to industry standards.
- Acceptance of Policy: By proceeding with your purchase, you accept and agree to our policy on card conditions as stated above.
